Conference Website - Rotating Banner Ad

Rotating banner ad (600 x 360 pixels) on the UAA Conference website with the ability to link out to a page on your institution's website.

Single-Sided Retractable Sign Display

Full-color, one-sided, 30"x80" retractable sign that will be displayed near the conference registration area. A high resolution PDF file should be emailed to sponsors@uaamail.org by March 1, 2027.

Publisher - Program Ad

Publishers submit a one-page, full-color ad in PDF format. UAA staff will post the PDF in the Exhibitors/Publishers section of the conference app. A high resolution PDF file should be emailed to sponsors@uaamail.org by March 1, 2027.

Submit a one-page, full-color ad in PDF format. Your ad will be distributed to all attendees when they check in at the Registration Desk. UAA staff will coordinate the printing of your ad with a local printer. A high resolution PDF file should be emailed to sponsors@uaamail.org by March 1, 2027.
